Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. An order is governed by its written quote and the documents for that order, not by this page.

The site

What the site is for

The site explains what we source and how we work, and it takes quote requests. Nothing on it is an offer to sell at a price.

Prices, duty rates and dates are confirmed only on a written quote. We keep the pages accurate and date the figures that change, such as transit times, but a figure on a page is not a commitment.

Quotes

Quotes and orders

A quote is valid until the date written on it. It becomes an order when both of us confirm it in writing, and from then on the quote and the order documents govern the sale.

Sending a request through the form does not commit you to anything.

Duty

Duty and customs

What the site says about duty and customs is general information, not legal or customs advice. The rate that applies is the one in force on the day of entry, so check any figure with your own broker.

Our content

Using our content

The text and design of the site are ours. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back.

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We do not control those sites.

Liability

Relying on the site

We provide the site as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for a loss that comes from relying on a page instead of a written quote.

Changes

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last change.
