We sell you the goods
We buy the goods and sell them to you. Our margin is inside the price you see. Most orders work this way.

Services
We find a factory that can make what you need, stay on the order while it is made, check the goods in person and ship them to your door. One team runs all of it, and one itemised quote covers the goods, freight, customs and duty.
What we handle
The same people answer for your order from the first message to the delivery, so nobody has to chase a factory for news.

We start from your drawing, photo or specification and look for a factory that can make it to that standard. Where the product allows it, we compare more than one maker before we quote.
We go through your drawing with the factory before production and settle the details it would otherwise guess at. A sketch or a photo is enough to start.
The goods, haulage, export clearance, the ocean leg, the customs entry, duty and delivery, each on its own line, with the company that will invoice you named at the top.
If you want a sample first, we quote it next to the production run.

We stay on the order from deposit to packing, and we do the chasing, so you do not have to.
An American on our team visits the factory while the order is made and checks the goods against the specification and the sample you approved, before they are packed. If something is off, you hear it from us before anything ships.
Master cartons counted to your pallet and container plan.

Haulage to the port, the export documents and the vessel cut-off.
A full container, or less than a container for a trial quantity. The quote shows the cost per unit of each, side by side.
Filed through our broker. The quote names the tariff line and the rate, and says who carries a change before the goods land.
To a port, a rail ramp or your door, priced to the destination you give us.

We keep your specification on file, so a reorder is a quantity and a date.
Book an inspector you trust and we will fit the visit around the production schedule and have the goods ready for it.
Freight and the customs entry go through forwarders and a broker we have used since 2020, and the quote puts each on its own line.
Custom work
Some of what we supply is built to the buyer's own drawing rather than picked from a catalogue. The display structures on our lighting pages are built that way.
If yours is a custom order, the first guide below walks through how one runs with us, what to have ready and where these orders tend to go wrong. The second sets OEM against ODM: whose design, mould and sample each one leaves you with.
GuideHow a custom order runs, from your drawing to your door.
GuideYour design or the factory's: who holds the drawings, the mould and the approved sample under each.
Built to drawingArches, figures, tunnels and photo-op structures, each built to a drawing.
Who we work with
We pick the orders we take on. We work with commercial buyers who order by the pallet or the container: installers and decor contractors, municipal and civic buyers, distributors and resellers, and venues and event operators. If we cannot do an order well, the first reply says so, before anyone spends time on a quote.
How you pay
Every quote we send names one of two arrangements, because the two are priced differently and you should not have to guess which one you are in.
We buy the goods and sell them to you. Our margin is inside the price you see. Most orders work this way.
You contract with the factory directly and we run the order for a fee written on the quote. We work this way when you name the factory, or when you want to contract with the factory and pay it yourself.
Rates depend on the product, the quantity and the arrangement, so they appear on your quote rather than on this page. Which company invoices you, and the rest of how we are paid
Categories
We add a category once we have built and shipped enough of it to speak from experience. Anything outside them can still go in as a sourcing request.

Finds a factory that can make your product, agrees the price, follows production, checks the goods and arranges export and shipping. We do all of that. We can also buy the goods and sell them to you as a trading company, which is how most of our orders run. The quote says which way yours works.
If the order is for commercial use and ships by the pallet or the container, the size of your company does not matter. We are not set up for dropshipping, orders of a few units or retail purchases.
Not as a service on its own. Our checks at the factory are part of the orders we run. If you name the factory, we can run the order with it as your buying agent, and the checks come with the order.
Either as the seller, with our margin inside the price, or as your buying agent, for a fee written on the quote. Each quote names the arrangement, and the rates are on the quote rather than on this site.
Send it anyway. A request for something we do not list is a sourcing request: the first reply says whether we can get it made, and by when, and the landed quote follows.
Within 1 business day. For a sourcing request, that first reply says whether we can get it made, and by when, and the landed quote follows.

We take on the orders we can do well, and we will say so if yours isn't one of them.

It is recorded, and we are being straight with you: we are not taking new quote requests at the moment, so the usual reply time does not apply. We will still read it, and reply when we reopen. Your reference is below.
